A Message From the General manager

I would like to thank you, our loyal customers and members, for your support during these challenging times. I understand you have choices in where you shop. That when you choose to spend your hard-earned dollars at MOCO, you do so out of the same commitment to community and in support of our local farmers and vendors that helped to create our food coop in the first place. MOCO is here to serve our community. As your local food coop, MOCO is not just another grocery store. We’re the local grocery store you can take ownership in.

As the new General Manager, I’ve had the great pleasure of talking to many of you and I’ve listened. I understand many of you would like to support MOCO as a member, but felt membership was out of your reach. I believe strongly in the importance of MOCO not just being open to all, but in making membership accessible to everyone in our community.

It is with great pleasure; I take this opportunity to introduce a new annual membership option.

Annual membership at an affordable cost – $20 per year
Able to renew annually
Same benefits during your member term as a lifetime membership
Annual memberships builds member equity each year until you reach a lifetime equity contribution of $200
Lifetime member option remains available to all that prefer supporting us to that level.

I’m excited about this new membership option and about MOCO’s future in our community. I’m working to make MOCO more accessible and affordable to everyone.

Coming this August, look for:

• Our new monthly member only sales flyer
• Updates and additions to our community partnerships offering member only benefits at participating local businesses
• Soon to be announced member loyalty program.
• Lower pricing on many items throughout our store

These are just a few of the changes we’re working on to add value to your membership and make MOCO a strong community partner and your favorite place to shop.
