A Message From the General Manager
Greetings from the Co-op. I hope everyone is well, staying healthy, wearing face coverings and doing their best to enjoy a very different summer than we could ever have expected. As we navigate through and adapt to what is becoming our new normal, I want to thank everyone for their support through these challenging times. Hearing “thank you for being here” means so much to our staff and to me personally.
As I find myself approaching my four-month mark here at MOCO, I look back at all we have been through. A pandemic that is still with us, a week of being closed to regroup, an almost complete staffing change and our ongoing challenge to keep shelves stocked, I find one of my greatest friends is perspective. We are not the only business facing challenge, not the only grocery store with a few empty shelves, that we are making progress and that we are all in this together. We may not all be in the same boat, but we are all in the same storm.
MOCO is at the crossroads of change. We are working to take the best of what we were and a vision of what we can be and move forward. As I have said to our board, this is not a sprint, but a marathon. Slow progress is still progress. We will continue to keep moving forward because we believe in our mission.
I also want everyone to know we value your feedback and that we are listening. Please feel free to reach out to me personally with any comments or questions.
Thank you again for your continued support. As always, we look forward to seeing you in the store or curbside.

What’s New in the Store
If you haven’t been in the store in a bit, you may be in for a treat on your next visit. Stop in and check out our new lights in our freezer section. You may want to bring sunglasses!
We also have made improvements in the overall organization and flow of the store. Health and Beauty now has it’s own section and our beer and wine selection has been moved up front for your shopping convenience. We’ve moved our fresh bread and other baked goods to just inside the front doors next to produce.
Our goal is to improve your overall shopping experience one small step at s time. Look for additional improvements in the future, and as always, we value your comments and suggestions, so please connect with us and share your thoughts at feedback@morrisvillecoop.com
Thank you for your support.
