Music with Lesley Grant Band What does it take to roast 500 ears of locally grown organic corn for a community celebration? It takes two dedicated grills - one to roast, one to "finish" the ears, several extra large coolers, and a crew of volunteers. The corn is shucked, still warm, and placed onto a hungry eater's plate.
