Back to School can mean something different for all of us. Whether you are an elementary, middle or high school student, a college student, or you are a parent, teacher, administrator, school staff, bus driver... (well you get the idea!), everyone needs an end of summer/back to school plan.

Food Scraps Banned From Trash as of July 1
We have all had time to settle into the new State law banning food scraps from trash. According to Josh Kelly of the Department of Environmental Conservation, "... 20% of our waste is food waste. It's the largest material by type in our trash."
Why separate food scraps from trash?
